Ann HannafordBiblically Powerful and Relatable
This wonderful book's biblical focus offers many scriptures from both the Old and New Testaments to explore, think through, apply, and grow through. In addition to the relevant scripture references, the author/scribe provides fully relatable personal experiences, encounters, and references to dwell upon. Don't we all feel there is "something" more to our lives, to life? This book offers many opportunities to explore what this "something" really is and reach an understanding of our own. The book's scribe suggests finding radiating joy we can then share with others through "encounters with the Divine" in our lives. Friends have shared that they read this book in one sitting and then again more slowly. For me, I spent time daily as my own bible study session to deepen and challenge my own faith. This book easily supports either approach or a combination of both.
